The Arts Meet Neuroscience – Acoustic Concert / Art and Environmental Expo - DESCRIPTION

Have you ever been swept away by a sunset, a piece of music, a speech, a work of art, an event, a thought, an athletic-high or an inspiration?

Accompany Martin and John Dull in an exploration of the importance of transcendent neural experiences for overall health. What may the scientific study of these experiences mean for humankind? Through song, patter, question, discussion, and fine-art in PowerPoint, the Dulls share ideas while summarizing literature that reports on the neuroscience of inspired thinking.

The duo hypothesizes how new findings in that discipline could affect our world, our social structures, our philosophies, our religions and art, and our day-to-day life.

They predict future trends that neural discoveries will bring.
